These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the esperfek.com website and the ESPERFEK Email Report application provided by ESPERFEK SOFTWARE COMPANY, a Florida corporation ("ESPERFEK", "we", "us"). By using them, you agree to these Terms. Our other products may be governed by separate agreements.

• You may use the website and Email Report only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.
• You may connect only Google accounts that you own or are authorized to access.
• You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the services or related systems.

2. Google accounts and data

Email Report accesses Google data only with your permission and only as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms.

3. Intellectual property

The website, the Email Report software, and the ESPERFEK, milestoneMESSENGER, deliveryLINKER, ThumbinIT™, and HOTpotato™ names and logos belong to ESPERFEK SOFTWARE COMPANY. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

4. Disclaimer

The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Reports are informational summaries and may not capture every message or event; always check your original mailbox and calendar for anything important.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ESPERFEK will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or business, arising from your use of the services.

6. Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue the services or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted here. You may stop using the services at any time.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
