How we handle information on esperfek.com and in the ESPERFEK Email Report app, including read-only Gmail and Google Calendar data.

This Privacy Policy explains how ESPERFEK SOFTWARE COMPANY ("ESPERFEK", "we", "us") (a Florida corporation) handles information through the esperfek.com website and the ESPERFEK Email Report application ("Email Report"). Our other products, such as milestoneMESSENGER and deliveryLINKER, may have their own privacy terms presented within those services.

1. Email Report and Google user data

Email Report is a private reporting tool that runs on its owner's own computer. It signs in to Google accounts that the owner authorizes and produces a summary report of recent email and upcoming calendar events.

What Google data we access

Gmail (read-only, gmail.readonly): message metadata for recent inbox messages: sender, recipient, subject line, date, and labels such as unread or important. Email Report does not read or store message bodies or attachments, and it cannot send, delete, or change email.
Google Calendar (read-only, calendar.readonly): event titles, times, and locations for the upcoming days. Email Report cannot create, edit, or delete events.

How we use it

Google user data is used for one purpose only: to build the report shown to the account owner, listing new and unread mail, messages that may need a reply, and upcoming calendar events.

Where it is stored

Reports are saved as files on the owner's own computer. They are not uploaded to ESPERFEK servers or any third-party service.
Google sign-in tokens are stored locally on that same computer so the report can run on a schedule. Removing them, or revoking access, stops all access.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with anyone. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. No human reads the data except the account owner viewing their own report.

Limited Use disclosure. ESPERFEK Email Report's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

Report files remain on the owner's computer until the owner deletes them. To remove Email Report's access at any time, visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove "ESPERFEK Email Report", then delete the locally stored token files. You can also email us and we will help.

2. The esperfek.com website

Information you send us: if you contact us, we receive the details you provide (such as name, email, company, and message) and use them only to respond.
Technical data: our hosting and content delivery providers may record standard request logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.
Fonts: pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives standard request information from your browser.
We do not sell personal information and do not use advertising trackers on this site.

3. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and read-only access scopes, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

4. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.

5. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date.
